Objectives
- to improve the light trapping performance of c-Si solar cells by introducing advanced 3D surface structuring techniques and control of nano-roughness and radius of curvatures of cell surfaces
- efficiency increase up to 15% (against standard processing)
- cost reductions by introducing thinner wafers
